Resumo(s): | O presente relatório versa a intervenção pedagógica realizada no âmbito do Estágio Profissional
Musicais. This report deals with the pedagogical intervention carried out within the scope of the Professional Internship of the Master’s Degree in Music Teaching, in Musicology variant, at the University of Minho, implemented at Escola Profissional e Artística do Vale do Ave and Centro de Cultura Musical, in the Recruitment Groups M30 (History of Culture and Arts) and M28 (Musical Theory), in academic year 2021–2022. The pedagogical intervention, of an action-research nature, was carried out with the participation of three classes of Secondary Education (10th, 11th and 12th grade), of History of Culture and Artes, and of three classes of Basic Education (5th, 6th, and 9th grade), of Musical Theory, and aimed at musical listening as a didactic strategy for subjects in the area of Musicology, aiming, in particular, optimize learning strategies at the level of comprehension, through listening, of historical, stylistic, critical and auditory perception perspectives; promote reflection and critical thinking and interpretative skills of students with regard to the musical phenomenon and the contents of the disciplines of History of Culture and Arts – History of Music and Musical Training; and create didactic materials that develop active listening skills, within the programmatic contents. For this purpose, active music listening was implemented, namely listening to the musical structure and historical context, accompanied by listening guides, and reflection/critical analysis exercises, during and after the audition of a musical example, and writing and development exercises about a musical audition. The evaluation of the intervention, using questionnaire surveys applied to the students, as well as the observation and analysis of the behavior, motivation and participation of the students throughout the classes taught, allowed us to verify that listening to music, as a didactic strategy, contributes to the development of a more significant and active musical knowledge in disciplines of Musicology. |
