Inventory (LTSI) e o Organizatinal Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). A base desta investigação
The present study focuses on a topic still under initial study, it plans to study the link between the transfer of training, based on the model of Holton (1996) and organizational commitment, according to the model of three components of Meyer & Allen (1991).In order to achieve this we used a sample of 52 subjects, collected in a distribution company of natural gas. These subjects responded to the Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). The basis of this research was that some transfer of training factors (Social Support, Motivation and Perceived Benefits) have a significant impact on levels of general and specific organizational commitment (affective, normative and continuance) of the employees. The results obtained from tests of association demonstrated that, these transfer factors have in fact a significant impact, especially in general levels of commitment, but also on affective commitment. That is, in the desire of employees to remain in the organization. These results will be discussed in light of other previous investigations, suggestions will be given to organizations and possibilities for future research will be raised that can supplement the results found. |
