Formação e reconversão profissional: o impacto de um Gabinete de Inserção Profissional nas trajetórias de reconversão profissional

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do Estágio Curricular que se realiza no segundo ano do Mestrado em Educação na área de especialização de Formação, Trabalho e Recursos Humanos, e teve, como contexto organizacional, uma estrutura de apoio a jovens/adultos em idade ativa que se encontram no desemprego. A abordagem teórica incide sobre o tema da Formação Profissional, com o intuito de compreender os itinerários de transição profissional e processos de reconversão para a (re)integração no mercado de trabalho. De forma a responder ao objetivo do estudo, contextualiza-se a formação profissional na Europa e as modalidades de formação profissional existentes. Realiza-se, neste contexto, referência à reconversão profissional, como forma de enfrentar a competitividade e ingressar no mercado de trabalho. Este estudo teve duas componentes principais. Por um lado, a componente prática que consistiu na realização de várias atividades de apoio operacional inerentes ao contexto real de trabalho. Por outro lado, a componente académica consistiu na elaboração do presente documento, recorrendo às dimensões teóricas e metodológicas estudadas, de forma a analisar os discursos e dados recolhidos através da técnica da entrevista e da pesquisa documental.

The following Internship Report was produced within the scope of the Curricular Internship that takes place during the second academic year of Education Master´s Degree in the specialized area of Training, Working and Human Resources and has as it’s organizational context a supportive structure for unemployed young and adult people. The theoretical approach is focused on Professional Training and was compiled with the aim of understanding the professional transaction itineraries and the retraining processes for the labor market (re)integration. In order to respond to the main goal of this study, professional training in Europe and other existing professional training are contextualized. In this context, a reference is made to the modalities of retraining as a way of facing competitiveness and entering the labor market. This study can be divided in two main components. On one hand, the practical component that consisted of carrying out various operational support activities inherent to the real work context. On the other hand, the academic component consisted of elaborating this document, using the theoretical methodological dimensions studied, in order to analyze the discourses and collected data through the interview technique and the documentary research.
