Imagens que convidam às palavras : potencialidades da narrativa visual na promoção da escrita criativa

Abstract

Tendo presente a necessidade atual de fomento de uma educação literária nas escolas, no presente relatório de investigação, procurou-se abordar, de forma breve, um conjunto de estratégias para a promoção do livro de Literatura de potencial receção infantil e o fomento de práticas de leitura e escrita em torno deste mesmo objeto cultural, tendo em vista o desenvolvimento da competência literária dos alunos e o despertar da motivação para a aprendizagem do código escrito. Na primeira parte, procede-se a uma contextualização da instituição educativa onde decorreu a intervenção, apresentando-se e caraterizando-se os alunos intervenientes no projeto. Seguidamente, a partir de uma breve fundamentação teórica, aprofundam-se algumas das questões atinentes à Literatura para a Infância: como a sua definição, a importância da aplicação de estratégias de promoção e o modo como é aceite entre o público infantil. A terceira parte, a mais extensa, concretiza o objetivo fundamental desta investigação, apresentando um leque de atividades no sentido de redirecionar as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas em sala de aula com o intuito de seduzir e envolver o leitor numa interação, lúdica e afetiva, com um conjunto de obras literárias significativas. O presente estudo, embora não generalizável, pretende, assim, contribuir para destacar a importância do contexto educativo e das interações desenvolvidas (de forma adequada e intencionalizada) em torno da Literatura para a Infância e da produção oral de textos na promoção do desenvolvimento linguístico, cognitivo e social da criança. A par de prática desenvolvida procura-se também apresentar e refletir acerca da postura investigativa, reflexiva, colaborativa, participante e crítica do professor/investigador como competências essenciais à formação da profissionalidade docente.

Bearing in mind the current need for fostering a literary education in schools, presented this research which seeks to address, briefly, a set of strategies to promote a book of literature with potential reception of children and the promotion of reading practices and writing around this same cultural object in view the development of literary competence of students and the awakening of motivation of learning the written code. In the first part carry it’s proceeded an overview of the educational institutions where the intervention took place, featuring and performing students are involved in the project. Then, from a brief theoretical foundation, deepen some of the issues wrapped in Children’s Literature: it’s definition, the importance of implementing strategies to promote, how it is accepted among younger audiences. The third part, the most extensive, embodying the fundamental goal of this research by presenting a range of activities in order to redirect the pedagogical practices developed in the classroom in order to entice and engage the reader in an interaction, playful and affectionate, with a set of significant literary works. This study, although not in general, seeks to highlight the importance of the educational context and the interactions developed (in an appropriate and intentional way) about literature for children and the production of oral texts in promoting language development, cognitive and social development. The practice developed seeks to present and reflect on the investigative attitude, reflective, collaborative, participatory ad critical of the teacher\ researcher as basic skills training of the teaching profession.
