Resumo(s): | Superhydrophobic surfaces patterned with size-controlled hydrophilic spots are proposed for the production of porous scaffolds arrays for combinatorial biomaterial-cells interaction studies. This approach allows for the open and easy access to scaffolds for further follow-ups aimed at highthroughput screening, when compared with the other scaffold array production techniques using commercial well plates or soft lithography-produced wells. Mechanical and morphological characterization along with cell study using chitosan/alginate mixtures with different concentrations of fibronectin were the proposed objectives. |
