do teletrabalho e o desempenho percebido e satisfação no trabalho.
Relativamente
Throughout the last years, the concept of teleworking as gained more relevance within the community, due to technological progress and the demand imposed due to sanitary emergency situations, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. In a time where organizations aim to reach maximum performance and employees satisfaction and they, in turn, want to achieve the biggest satisfaction in their workplace and obtain great performance, teleworking can be the representation of a bigger facility in harmonizing life in different moments. Thereby, the goal of this study is to analyze the co-relation between the flexibility and mutual trust as a result of teleworking and the perceived performance and work satisfaction. Therefore, a quantitative study was conducted, with data collected via a questionnaire. The goal of the questionnaire was to analyze the collaborators perception in relation to teleworking (flexibility and mutual trust), perceived performance and satisfaction. This questionnaire was published online directed at workers who have been working in the form of teleworking. Based on the results, it is possible to state that mutual trust has a positive influence in perceived performance and satisfaction. When it comes to flexibility, this has a positive influence over satisfaction and a negative one over performance. The results are discussed in light of existent studies in literature and are presented the main conclusions, study limitations and indications for future investigations. |
