Técnicas básicas de memorização para uma melhor consolidação da performance musical inerente à viola d'arco

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio, recai sobre a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada na ARTAVE - Escola Profissional Artística do Vale do Ave e no CCM – Centro de Cultura Musical, no ano letivo de 2022-2023, nos Grupos Disciplinares M23 (Violeta /Viola d’arco) e M32 (Conjuntos Vocais e/ou Instrumentais; Orquestra; Música de Câmara; Coro; Classe de Conjunto). Após observação das primeiras aulas e da recolha de dados inerentes a estas verificou-se que a dificuldade de memorização das obras trabalhadas e para apresentação pública, em audições ou provas, era uma lacuna bem presente no processo de ensino/aprendizagem de grande parte dos alunos. Com base nesse levantamento, procedeu-se à planificação das atividades realizadas no âmbito da Intervenção Pedagógica, procurando-se aplicar Técnicas Básicas de Memorização para uma melhor consolidação da Performance Musical inerente à prática performativa dos alunos de Viola d’Arco. O principal objetivo deste projeto de intervenção foi o de analisar a opinião de alunos e professores acerca do processo de memorização e as suas principais estratégias, assim como aplicar algumas técnicas de memorização ao longo do estágio profissional com os alunos da classe de Viola d’arco e perceber assim se a implementação destas poderia ajudar os alunos no processo de memorização das obras trabalhadas de forma mais rápida e eficaz. A avaliação da intervenção foi realizada com base em inquéritos por questionário aos alunos, pré e pós intervenção. Foram realizados também inquéritos a vários professores de instrumento (sopros, cordas e tecla) acerca das suas perceções sobre a memorização musical na prática performativa dos seus alunos.

This Internship Report focuses on the Supervised Teaching Practice at ARTAVE - Escola Profissional Artística do Vale do Ave and CCM - Centro de Cultura Musical, in the academic year 2022-2023, in the Disciplinary Groups M23 (Violet / Viola d'arco) and M32 (Vocal and/or Instrumental Ensembles; Orchestra; Chamber Music; Chorus; Set Class). After observing the first classes and collecting data inherent to them, it was found that the difficulty of memorizing the works worked on and for public presentation, in auditions or tests, was a very present gap in the teaching/learning process of most students. Based on this survey, the activities carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Intervention were planned, seeking to apply Basic Memorization Techniques for a better consolidation of the Musical Performance inherent to the performative practice of Viola d'arco students. The main objective of this intervention project was to analyze the opinion of students and teachers about the memorization process and its main strategies, as well as to apply some memorization techniques throughout the professional internship with the students of the Viola d'arco class and thus understand if the implementation of these could help the students in the process of memorizing the works worked on more quickly and effectively. The evaluation of the intervention was carried out based on questionnaire surveys to the students, before and after the intervention. Surveys were also carried out with several instrument teachers (woodwinds, strings and keyboard) about their perceptions of musical memorization in the performative practice of their students.
