With the technological evolution in recent years and all the digitalization that has culminated, the areas of digital printing have been evolving so that not only in paper, but also in textile substrate can obtain better printing results. The oldest and most conservative stamping techniques have evolved over time allowing the entire process to be automated, but keeping the same principle. Based on this, the textile industries rethink their metod of production and adopted technology by analyzing and comparing conventional printing (screen printing) with digital. Aiming at the optimization of the structure currently marketed with 12 printheads, an analysis is made to all its elements proceeding to the characterization and evaluation of the same using CAE tools. Finite element analyses were carried out taking into account the characteristics of the movement of the printing carriage and the surrounding masses, thus allowing the analysis of stresses and displacements, assessing its strength and rigidity. The digital printing machine and its entire structure combines criteria such as high rigidity and stability ensuring an accurate printing operation. In this dissertation is presented the structure for a new range of digital printers on textile substrate that can be applied in fully digital or hybrid stamping machines. After characterizing the current solution and identifying the requirements for the new structure of the printing machine, the new printing carriage movement system was developed. In the design of the new structure, all the requirements of the equipment, constraints and the need to innovate in relation to the existing machines in this segment were taken into account. A tubular structure was developed that will support the entire machine and where the elements necessary for its operation are coupled and that directly interfere in the design of the entire structure. After the structural analysis of the new solution, the comparison was made with the currently marketed structure. In short, this study seeks the advancement of digital textile printing by providing an innovative and competitive structure in relation to the solutions currently existing in the market. The results obtained will serve as a basis for the development of the new machine that will take place in the near future. |
