Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Devido à Pandemia do Covid 19, foi
implementado apenas no 1º.
saber. The study presented here was developed in the context of supervised pedagogical intervention within the scope of the Master in Teaching of the 1st. Cycle of Basic Education and Teaching of Portuguese and History and Geography of Portugal in the 2nd. Basic Education Cycle. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, it was only implemented in the 1st. CEB in a 4th year class and in the 2nd CEB the implementation proposals were built, but not applied in the 5th year class where the internship took place. With this project, we sought to understand how students develop their historical learning process based on the intangible heritage of their locality (Guimarães), through the exploration of legends, oral traditions and historical recreations, and a teaching process constructivist learning. Data were collected through various techniques and instruments such as direct, systematic and participant observation, field notes, survey sheets of previous ideas, work carried out by students, as well as, through evaluative instruments: grids for registering competences, learning self-regulation sheets and metacognition sheets, later analyzed and categorized based on the Grounded Theory methodology. The project made it possible to conclude that the Local Intangible Heritage can play a fundamental role in the Teaching of History in the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education, as it is possible to create a historical awareness in students from the contact and analysis of heritage sources, when treated as historical evidence. In this particular case, the use of Local Intangible Heritage - Legends, oral tradition and historical recreation - proved to be effective in the development of students' cognition and historical inference, as it allowed them to be able to attribute significance to the intangible heritage for a better understanding. of local and national history, reducing the spatio-temporal gap between the present and the past. All this took place through research, reflection, the creation of a critical spirit, historical-scientific knowledge, and an active involvement in the construction of knowledge. |
