A árvore do coempreender: contributos para a educação empreendedora

Abstract

Este livro é composto por dez textos que traçam os caminhos percorridos em torno do “Projeto Agentes Digitais”, tanto durante sua realização (2012 a 2014) como após (2015-2021). Os textos selecionados fazem parte do percurso formativo de uma pesquisadora cearense que, por meio da epistemologia da prática, levou suas experiências, iniciadas em Fortaleza (Ceará, Brasil), ao contexto português, quando começou seus estudos de doutoramento na Universidade do Minho (Braga, Portugal). Essa ousadia foi construída com a curiosidade e abertura ao novo para se ligar a redes que auxiliaram a refletir as questões relacionadas com o conceito do Empreendedorismo na Educação, com destaque para a sua mutação e transformação no sentido do Coempreender. Com essa natureza existencial, trazemos para os muros da pesquisa em educação as palavras de Galeffi (2009, p. 14): “tudo que é já veio de antes e vai para um depois, e tudo que vem depois só vem por meio de um antes e um durante que sempre chega depois”. Reescrever essa frase é demarcar a essência da tessitura de constituir-se pesquisador, em um ciclo da pesquisa que está sempre em movimento, e do quanto é importante trazer o antes para esse depois, ressignificando os conceitos. Em tempos da Sociedade em Rede, percebemos a necessidade de deixar registrado que não faz sentido ver o empreender na educação separado do Coempreender, ao agregar o prefixo “Co” retiramos a carga do individualismo, do darwinismo social e digital, para reforçar as formas colaborativas e cooperativas tão necessárias à vida do Século XXI. Ao compartilhar este percurso, é também intenção dos autores estimular outros estudantes, professores/as e pesquisadores/as para realizar projetos de educação coempreendedora juntando seus frutos a esta Árvore do Coempreender.

This book includes ten texts that shed light on the paths taken with the “”Digital Agents Project””, both during its execution (2012-2014) and after it (2015-2021). The selected texts are part of the formative journey of a researcher from Ceará who, through the epistemology of practice, took her experiences started in Fortaleza (Ceará, Brazil) to the Portuguese context when she started her doctoral studies at the University of Minho (Braga, Portugal). This boldness was built with curiosity and openness to the new to connect to networks that helped to reflect the issues related to the concept of Entrepreneurship in Education, with emphasis on its mutation and transformation in the sense of Co-entrepreneurship.With this existential nature, we bring to the walls of research in education the words of Galeffi (2009, p. 14): “everything that is has already come from a before and goes to an after, and everything that comes after only comes through a before and a during that always comes after”. To rewrite this sentence is to mark the essence of the weaving of becoming a researcher, in a research cycle that is always in motion, and how important it is to bring the before to that after, giving new meaning to the concepts. In times of the Network Society, we feel the need to record that it makes no sense to see entrepreneurship in education separated from Co-entrepreneurship. By adding the prefix “Co” we remove the burden of individualism, social and digital Darwinism, to reinforce the collaborative and cooperative forms so necessary to life in the 21st century. By sharing this journey, the authors also intend to stimulate other students, teachers and researchers to carry out co-entrepreneurship education projects, adding their fruits to this Tree of Co-entrepreneurship.
