Criança com necessidades educativas especiais como membros da sociedade e sua inclusão no contexto escolar: estudo de caso comparativo entre Brasil e Portugal

Abstract

Diversidade e inclusão são temas constantes de debates na atualidade. Dar atenção à diversidade é acreditar que toda a criança independente do seu estado sócio-econômico, classe social, sexo, religião, cultura, pertencem à comunidade. A escola é um dos primeiros locais onde as crianças estabelecem os laços afetivos, aprendem a relacionar-se um com as outras, decepcionam-se e aprendem a traçar as estratégias tanto a nível emocional, afetivo, relacional e de aprendizagem. Esta dissertação analisa as relações sociais das crianças com necessidades educativas especiais no contexto escolar com as outras crianças, com o grupo a que pertencem e com os adultos envolvidos na comunidade educativa, ou seja, Professores Titulares (ou regentes), Professor de Ensino Especial, Estagiária, Tarefeira e Auxiliar de Serviço, na sala de aula, recreio e nos eventos escolares. Para a realização desta investigação foi realizado um estudo de caso comparativo entre Brasil e Portugal para que fossem descritas e analisadas as semelhanças e diferenças das relações sociais dessas crianças com e sem necessidades educativas especiais nos dois países em questão.

Diversity and inclusion are constant subjects of debates in the present time. To give attention to the diversity is to believe that evey children independent of their social-economic state, sex, religion, culture, belong to the community. The school is the first place where the children establish the affective union, learn how to deal with each other, get disappointed, and learn how to to trace the strategies in a emotional, affective and relationary level of learning. This dissertation analyzes the social relations of the children with the educative necessities special in the school context with another children, with the group where they belong and with the adults involved in the educative community, that is, Titular Professors (Regents), Professor of Special Education, Trainee, assistant of service, in the recreation, classroom and in the school events. For the accomplishment of this work a comparative case study between Brazil and Portugal was carried through so that it would be possible to describe the similarities and differences of the social relations of these children with and without special educative necessities in the two countries in question.
