Resumo(s): | Success Management can bring valuable contributions to improve project results and stakeholders’ relationship. However, the SM process must be explicitly integrated into project management approaches and methodologies. The purpose of this article is to describe how to implement SM in the context of the EU PM2 Project Management Methodology. Using Design Science Research, this paper helps to fill a gap in the literature and clarify the practical use of SM. The main contribution is to complement PM2 with processes that strongly influence project success.
