Micro and nanofibres produced by electrospinning are becoming one of the most interesting and advantageous structures for the development of protective textiles, including military protection (Bhardwaj & Kundu, 2010). In this work, poly-e-caprolactone (PCL) electrospun microfibres were functionalized with graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) in order to produce green textile materials with enhanced conductive properties. GNPs were incorporated in the PCL microfibres. FESEM images demonstrated that the GNPs were successfully incorporated. The electrical conductivity behaviour was excellent, showing a semiconductor performance.por
