Respeito pelo outro: o trabalho colaborativo na base da construção de uma socialização saudável

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio centra-se na temática O respeito pelo outro: o trabalho colaborativo na base da construção de uma socialização saudável. Com este relatório pretendeuse investigar e promover o desenvolvimento de aprendizagens significativas por parte das crianças e também o desenvolvimento profissional de uma futura educadora, na medida em que este tema, e considerando a metodologia de trabalho de projeto, proporcionaram a cada um dos intervenientes, momentos para serem participantes ativos no seu desenvolvimento integral. No decorrer deste trabalho são analisados os aspetos inerentes ao tema, como o conceito de respeito pelo outro, a socialização, o trabalho em grupo e a cooperação. Para além disto é abordado o papel do educador e a sua função, bem como as dimensões e vertentes que contribuem para a formação completa e integrada de um futuro educador. Tudo isto foi sustentado teoricamente, fundamentado e discutido, de forma a analisar e aprofundar a temática apresentada. O estudo aqui apresentado teve como base a metodologia de investigação-ação, que se procedeu através de um processo contínuo, constituído pela observação, planificação, ação e reflexão. O principal objetivo do estudo é refletir sobre práticas promotoras do respeito pelo outro, e como influenciam e contribuem para a formação e desenvolvimento das crianças, através de ações pedagógicas com base na metodologia de trabalho de projeto. Para além disto, tornou-se essencial conhecer e aprofundar o ambiente onde a criança se insere, onde é agente ativo nos seis processos de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem. Neste relatório são também incluídas as práticas pedagógicas que caraterizaram a parte prática do projeto, onde o profissional de educação assumiu um papel relevante, de mediador e orientador, juntamente com as crianças, um ser ativo na construção das suas aprendizagens.

This internship report focuses on the theme of respect for the other: collaborative work on the basis of building a healthy socialization. This report aimed at the development of meaningful learning by the children and also the professional development of a future educator, insofar as this theme and considering the methodology of project work gave each of the participants moments to be participants active in its integral development. In the course of this work, the aspects inherent to the theme are analyzed, such as the concept of respect for the other, socialization, group work and cooperation. In addition, the role of the educator and its role are discussed, as well as the dimensions and aspects that contribute to the complete and integrated formation of a future educator. All this was theoretically supported, grounded and discussed, in order to analyze and deepen the presented theme. The study presented here was based on the methodology of action research, which proceeded through a continuous process, constituted by observation, planning, action and reflection. The main objective of the study is to reflect on practices that promote respect for the other, and how they influence and contribute to the formation and development of children, through practices based on the methodology of project work. In addition, it has become essential to know and deepen the environment where the child is inserted, where he is an active agent in the six processes of development and learning. This report also includes pedagogical practices that characterize the practical part of the project, where the educational professional has taken on a relevant role as mediator and guiding partner with the children, an active being in the construction of their learning.
