"Conhecer o nosso corpo": das perguntas às descobertas

Abstract

O seguinte relatório apresenta o projeto de intervenção pedagógica desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar. A intervenção pedagógica em contexto de jardim de infância teve como principal objetivo dar resposta aos interesses e necessidades visíveis nas brincadeiras e nos diálogos das crianças sobre o corpo humano. Com a intervenção pretendeu-se reconhecer as potencialidades da metodologia do trabalho de projeto, como também identificar as vantagens que adulto e criança, trabalhando em conjunto, podem trazer para melhorar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Para tal, tornou-se necessário proporcionar experiências e atividades que desafiassem o grupo a participar ativamente na construção de novas aprendizagens sobre o referido tema. O projeto de intervenção envolveu atividades de pesquisa, representação, planificação e reflexão em grupo, bem como a partilha e divulgação de ideias e descobertas. O projeto de intervenção pedagógica promoveu a construção de novos conhecimentos com profundidade e sentido, uma vez que, partiu dos interesses das crianças. Deste modo, o projeto tornou-se mais autêntico, já que as crianças assumiram um papel ativo na sua aprendizagem.

The following narrative presents the project of pedagogical intervention developed within the scope of an internship in Master course in Pre-School Education. The pedagogical intervention in a kindergarten context had is main objective to respond to the interests and needs that are visible in how the children play and dialogue about the human body. The aim of the intervention was to recognize the potential of the methodology of the work project, as well as to identify the advantages that adult and child, working together, can bring to improve the teaching-learning process. To do so, it became necessary to provide experiences and activities that challenged the group to participate actively in the construction of new learning about the subject. The intervention project included activities of research, representation, planning and reflection in groups, sharing and disclosure of ideas and discoveries. The project of pedagogical intervention promotes the construction of new knowledge with depth and meaning, since, it begins on the interests of children. In this way, the project will become more authentic, as children recognize their role as active agents in their learning.
