A voz cantada no ensino especializado de música

Abstract

Analisando a literatura disponível, são poucos os estudos que têm versado diretamente sobre a temática da voz cantada no ensino especializado da música. Partindo desta lacuna na investigação, os principais objetivos deste Projeto de Intervenção consistiram em observar as competências adquiridas na utilização da voz cantada; verificar o impacto da abordagem na aprendizagem dos alunos; avaliar o grau de conhecimento do aparelho fonador; percecionar as principais dificuldades na entoação das obras e aplicar técnicas para a sua resolução, com a adoção de pedagogias e de didáticas diferenciadas. Este Relatório de Estágio foi elaborado no âmbito da Intervenção Pedagógica Supervisionada, inserido no Mestrado em Ensino de Música da Universidade do Minho, desenrolando-se no Conservatório de Música de Barcelos, numa turma do 2º Grau, na disciplina de Classe de Conjunto – Coro, e numa turma de 3º Grau, na disciplina de Formação Musical. A investigação iniciou-se com uma revisão bibliográfica, seguindo-se o trabalho de investigação, baseado na observação prévia e na posterior intervenção pedagógica. Para melhor percecionar os conhecimentos e as dificuldades sentidas pelos alunos sobre a utilização da voz, foi distribuído um questionário. Analisada a informação recolhida, foi-lhes facultada alguma instrução nessa matéria, que culminou com a elaboração de um folheto, que seria entregue a elementos exteriores ao meio escolar, alargando assim o impacto e a importância deste estudo. Nas aulas seguintes, foi abordada esta temática, de uma forma adequada, utilizando estratégias e métodos de ensino alternativos, impulsionando a recolha de informação em fontes diferenciadas. Os resultados desta investigação revelaram-se animadores, verificando-se um elevado interesse e sensibilização por parte dos alunos. Para a realização de estudos futuros sobre estas matérias, recomenda-se o alargamento da base amostral, para a extrapolação de resultados mais representativos.

Analyzing the available literature, few studies have been versed directly on the theme of the singing voice within specialized music teaching. Attending this gap in the investigation, the main objectives of this Project of Intervention were to observe the acquired competences in the use of the singing voice; check the impact of the approach on student learning; evaluate the degree of knowledge of the speech apparatus; determinate the main difficulties in the intonation of the works and the techniques used for their resolution, using different pedagogies and didactics. This Internship Report was elaborated within the scope of Supervised Pedagogical Intervention, inserted in the Master's Degree in Music Teaching at the University of Minho, taking place at the Music Conservatory of Barcelos, in a Choir class of the second grade, and in a Ear Training class of the third grade. The investigation began with a bibliographical review, followed by the research work, based on previous observation and followed by the pedagogical intervention. To better understand the knowledge and difficulties about the use of voice, we distributed a questionnaire for the students. After analyzing the information collected, the students received some instruction in this matter, which resulted in the preparation of a leaflet, which was distributed to elements unrelated with the school environment, which reinforced the impact and the importance of this study. In the following lessons, this subject was approached in an appropriate way, using alternative strategies and teaching methods, encouraging the information gathering in different sources. The results of this research were encouraging, because we verified a great interest and awareness of the students in this subject. In the conduct of future studies on these subjects, it is recommended to broaden the sample base, in order to extrapolate more representative results.
