Tens de mudar a tua vida. Sloterdijk sobre Nietzsche, Heidegger e tensões verticais

Abstract

Neste artigo, exponho algumas considerações sobre o livro Tens de mudar a tua vida. Sobre antropotécnica de Peter Sloterdijk, publicado em 2009. Após uma parte introdutória que visa dar uma ideia geral sobre o conteúdo do livro, concentrar-me-ei em três aspetos específicos: (i) o teor fenomenológico da teoria de Sloterdijk; (ii) as alusões a Nietzsche e Heidegger e (iii) a forte presença do topos do dizer do indizível que, a meu ver, está presente em muitos grandes filósofos do século XX.

In this article I shall present a few comments about Peter Sloterdijk’s recent book You have to change your life. On anthropotechnics, published in 2009. After an introduction that aims to give a general idea about the content of the book, I will focus on three specific aspects: (i) the phenomenological assumptions of Sloterdijk’s theory, (ii) the references to Nietzsche and Heidegger and (iii) the strong presence of the philosophical theme of saying the unsayable that, in my view, can be found in many great philosophers of the twentieth century.
