A comunicação multilingue: uma experiência na Delphi (Braga)

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio, desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Tradução e Comunicação Multilingue (MTCM), está centrado na importância das competências linguísticas no mercado profissional. Com a crescente competição no mercado de trabalho, o multilinguismo e o domínio de diferentes línguas tornam-se uma mais-valia para as empresas. É neste âmbito que se considera interessante abordar o impacto das línguas dentro de uma empresa e estudar as funções que elas podem desempenhar dentro de uma instituição multinacional. Este relatório incide sobre o trabalho realizado no departamento de Customer Ordering da empresa Delphi no âmbito do meu estágio curricular.

This report, developed during the Master in Translation and Multilingual Communication (MTCM), focuses on the importance of language skills within the professional market. It is obvious that language skills are becoming more and more important in the labor market. Due to this, it is interesting to focus on the impact that languages have within a company and study the roles they can play within a multinational institution. This report focuses on the work done under my internship at Delphi´s Customer Ordering department.

Diese Arbeit, die im Rahmen des Masters in Übersetzung und Mehrsprachige Kommunikation (MTCM) entstanden ist, konzentriert sich auf die Bedeutung von Sprachkenntnissen im Arbeitsmarkt. Es ist offensichtlich, dass Sprachkenntnisse immer mehr und mehr an Bedeutung im Arbeitsmarkt gewinnen. Aus diesem Grund ist es interessant, über die Auswirkungen der Sprachen innerhalb eines Unternehmens zu berichten und ihre Rolle innerhalb eines multinationalen Konzerns zu unterstreichen.
