Música para marimba de Ney Rosauro como potenciador de aprendizagem para alunos do 1º ciclo ao secundário

Abstract

Este relatório descreve a prática pedagógica realizada no Conservatório de Música Calouste Gulbenkian de Braga no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, do Mestrado de Ensino de Música da Universidade do Minho. Os objetivos do projeto eram utilizar as peças de marimba de Ney Rosauro para intensificar a aprendizagem musical dos alunos do 1º ciclo ao secundário através da execução dos elementos pedidos como contextualização das obras, estruturação e harmonia, ritmos da cultura brasileira, independência entre mãos/vozes e performance. Procurou-se responder à questão de como as músicas para marimba de Ney Rosauro contribuem para potencializar a aprendizagem musical dos alunos do 1º ciclo ao secundário. Para responder essa questão foram desenvolvidas estratégias de intervenção que para os alunos do 1º e 3º ciclos, que levassem em consideração as dificuldades específicas de leitura de partitura. Portanto, foram trabalhados trechos musicais através de exercícios lúdicos, rítmicos, melódicos e por fim a leitura, trabalhando uma média de cinco compassos por aula, dependendo do grau de dificuldade apresentado. Com os alunos do ensino secundário, foram feitas pequenas mediações durante o processo de aprendizagem das peças sendo trabalhados trechos extraídos da partitura através de exercícios rítmicos, melódicos, em oitavas e transposições. Os instrumentos de dados utilizados foram observações, intervenções pedagógicas, planificações, portefólio e análise dos elementos apresentados nas peças com uma reflexão crítica a respeito do desenvolvimento qualitativo dos alunos envolvidos, utilizando de inquéritos, entrevistas e avaliações. Através dos dados obtidos a partir desses instrumentos conclui-se que nesse contexto específico as peças de marimba de Ney Rosauro permitiram que as atividades propostas fossem concretizadas de forma eficaz, sendo que as estratégias pedagógicas que tiveram maior destaque de melhoria no processo de ensino e aprendizagem foram os trabalhos de análise e desenvolvimento das progressões harmônicas, sendo que as músicas foram analisadas de forma escrita, depois as análises foram executadas seguindo as progressões harmônicas das peças incluindo estudos práticos e técnicos necessários para a execução das obras escolhidas e em seguida a peça foi ouvida junto com a partitura, estando de acordo com os programas escolares em vigor.

This report describes the pedagogical practice held at the Calouste Gulbenkian Music Conservatory of Braga under the Course of Supervised Teaching Practice, from the master's degree of Music Education at University of Minho. The project goals were to use the pieces of marimba of Ney Rosauro to enhance musical learning of students of the 1st cycle to the secondary through the execution of requested elements as contextualization of the works, structure and harmony, rhythms of brazilian culture, independence between hands / voices and performance. The question of how the music for marimba of Ney Rosauro contribute to enhance the musical learning of students of the 1st cycle to the secondary was tried to be answered. To answer this question intervention strategies for students of the 1st and 3rd cycles were developed, which took into account the specific difficulties of score reading. Therefore, musical parts were worked through playful exercises, rhythmic, melodic and finally reading, working an average of five bars per class, depending on the degree of difficulty presented. With secondary school students, small mediations were made during the learning process of the pieces being worked out excerpts from the score by rhythmic exercises, melodic, in octaves and transpositions. The data instruments used were observations, educational interventions, lesson plans, portfolio and analysis of the presented elements of the pieces with a critical reflection on the qualitative development of the students involved, using surveys, interviews and reviews. Through the data obtained from these instruments it is concluded that in this particular context the marimba pieces from Ney Rosauro allowed the proposed activities to be implemented effectively, and pedagogical strategies that had more prominent improvement in the teaching and learning process were the analyzes and development of harmonic progressions, and the songs were analyzed in writing, then the analyzes were performed following the chord progressions of the pieces including practical and technical studies needed for the implementation of the chosen works and then the play was heard along with the score, being in accordance with the school curriculum in force.
