Promover a educação literária no 1.º e no 2.º ciclo do ensino básico: um estudo de caso

Abstract

O presente relatório de intervenção desenvolveu-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, do Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º e 2.ºCiclos do Ensino Básico. Decorreu num único contexto educativo, Colégio de Santa Teresa de Jesus, numa turma de quarto ano e noutra de quinto ano. Este relatório foi elaborado em função do trabalho realizado no ano anterior, tendo por objetivo a promoção da educação literária nos dois ciclos acima mencionados. Está apresentado numa forma reflexiva e abrange os aspetos mais relevantes do processo supervisionado da intervenção pedagógica. O trabalho inclui um breve referencial teórico onde se enquadram os lugares da literatura e da literatura infanto-juvenil no contexto da educação literária. É possível analisar a evolução da literatura ao longo do tempo, bem como a importância da mesma nos nossos dias. Refere também um conjunto de atividades e práticas que poderá auxiliar numa promoção da literatura. Com estas atividades pretende-se que o aluno goste de ler e escrever textos literários, conduzindo-o assim a uma boa cultura literária. As intervenções baseiam-se em explorações de atividades de pré-leitura, de leitura e de pós-leitura que aliam a leitura à escrita e vice-versa. Tem também subjacente a expansão do léxico vocabular, a organização de ideias e a planificação, textualização e revisão de textos.

The present intervention report was developed as part of the Training Unit in the Supervised Teaching Practice course, a Degree in Teaching Primary Education, held in an educational context, Colégio St. Teresa of Jesus, with children from year four and year five. This report is based on the work developed in previous years with the purpose of promoting literary education in the two levels of teaching mentioned before. It is a summary and a reflection of the whole process regarding the pedagogical intervention. This work include a brief theorical reference of framing places of literature and children's literature in the context of literary education and it is possible to analyse the evolution of literature over the years, as well as its current importance. It also includes a set of activities and practices that can help in promoting literature. These activities are intended to make the students develop their love for reading and writing, thus leading them to a good literary culture. The interventions are based on the exploration of pre-reading, reading and post-reading, combining reading and writing. They also include the expansion of vocabulary, organization of ideas and planning, writing and review of the texts.
