dc.description.abstractThe creative economy is already an object of study in several countries of the international community, in view of the strategic committee of Europe in 2020 that promotes the growth based on innovation, on the axis of the creation of jobs, with development of various sectors, including the Creative Economy (CE). Brazil is also part of this network of researchers, been implementing, increasingly, new policies and programs of action which has the primary objective of encouraging and supporting innovation. To strengthen this sector nothing better than investing in one of the dynamic forces capable of shaping the current economic scenario of the country, the creative economy. Based on the theme 'creative industries', the Creative Economy is the focus of discussions of international institutions such as UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development) and UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) with emphasis on growth and economic and social development of developing and developed countries, which reinforces the importance of creating a virtual space for dialogue between the sectors that will promote policies for the creative economy. For this purpose, it is necessary to know their potential, promoting the formation of creative entrepreneurs since the high school. As a strategy to promote the digital culture and virtual learning it was created online collaborative environment, promoting the construction of the Creative Economy Network as a space of articulation and promotion of the sector in order to overcome the challenges proposed by the National Creative Economy Plan1. One of those will be our axis in this study: the entrepreneurial training. The present study aims to comprehend the public school formation of young as a creative entrepreneurs, and realize the importance of articulating the various formative sectors in order to provide continuity of policies for fostering the incubators of creative ideas. As a tool of analysis will be done case studies, based on clippings of social networks and virtual environments and understand if the methodology can cooperatively generate new ways of creative endeavors. Through action research will be accompanied the implementation of Digital Agents Project as a tool for mobilizing creative entrepreneurs, with use of various collaborative tools of the web2. By follow-up of this training, we will observe how develops awareness of a network of creative economy through realization of events and use of social networks, becoming a Permanent Forum to discuss the subject, encouraging learning on the web. The challenge presented, not only intends to present an innovative methodology for working with creative projects with young people from public schools in the state of Ceara, Brazil, but also support a wide net over the new challenges of the creative economy.por
