Ler e contar histórias em contextos de educação de infância: cooperação com as famílias

Abstract

O presente relatório apresenta e fundamenta a intervenção pedagógica realizada no âmbito da PES em Creche e Jardim de Infância, que visou promover a leitura de histórias, a sua articulação com a participação dos pais e compreender a importância dessa atividade no desenvolvimento do prazer de ler e de contar histórias e na estimulação da linguagem da criança. No primeiro ponto deste relatório apresenta-se a fundamentação teórica relativa à importância de ouvir ler e contar histórias para a formação de leitores em idades precoces. No segundo ponto retrata-se a importância da cooperação com as famílias no que diz respeito à partilha de histórias. Desta feita, foram trabalhados nos dois contextos de intervenção, Creche e Jardim de Infância, obras literárias que se procurou que fossem adequadas às faixas etárias das crianças envolvidas, mas também que fossem ao encontro dos gostos e interesses que manifestaram após cuidada observação. Num momento posterior, todas as atividades foram analisadas tendo como propósito tentar perceber de que forma é que a leitura de histórias e a cooperação com as famílias contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de uma maior capacidade de comunicação oral da criança. A intervenção pedagógica foi orientada por princípios de investigação-ação no sentido deque implicaram a observação, a planificação, a ação e a avaliação. É realmente necessário que nos dias de hoje o educador recorra a várias estratégias de forma a conseguir desenvolver linguagem oral em crianças destas idades. Torna-se por isso importante desenvolver a linguagem através de experiências de que as crianças queiram falar.

This report presents and justifies the pedagogical intervention performed within the PES in Nursery and Kindergarten , which aimed to promote reading stories , its articulation with the participation of parents and understand the importance of this activity in the development of the pleasure of reading and storytelling and language stimulation of the child. In the first section of this report presents the theoretical background on the importance of listening to read and tell stories to the formation of readers at early ages . In the second section portrays the importance of cooperation with families regarding the sharing of stories. This time, worked on in two contexts of intervention, Nursery and Kindergarden, literary works that sought that were appropriate to the age of the children involved , but also that they were to meet those who have expressed after careful observation tastes and interests . Subsequently, all activities were analyzed with the purpose to try to understand how it is that reading stories and cooperation with families contributed to the development of good oral communication skills of the child. The educational intervention was guided by principles of action research in the sense implied deck observation, planning, action and evaluation. Is it really necessary that these days the teacher resorted to various strategies to achieve develop oral language in children of these ages. It becomes therefore important to develop language through experiences that children want to talk.
