Resumo(s)The enterprises exposure to huge pressures to fulfill the objectives of deadlines and budgets with less manpower and materials, transformed working conditions, promoting the onset of pressure situations and embarrassment for technicians involved in the sector denying the possibility to develop its works as efficiently as possible. According to some studies already developed the consequences of the emergence of these new risks are amazing and should be given by all stakeholders’ careful attention. It is in this context that the authors have implemented an online survey of Portuguese technicians involved in the construction sector with the aim of identifying and characterizing the level of emerging risks at psychosocial aspect. This article will analyze the impact that choices in the framework of the production work are in terms of emerging risks, safety and health of the individuals concerned. It is intended also to sensitize, through numerical results, the various stakeholders of the industry to the need to take into account the appearance and increment of such risks.
