A pedagogia ativa no contexto de Jardim-de-Infância e de Creche : explorando as plantas e os materiais

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio descreve e fundamenta o projeto de intervenção pedagógica desenvolvido no contexto de jardim-de-infância e de creche, no âmbito da unidade curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, lecionada na Universidade do Minho, referente ao 2.º ciclo de Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar. No contexto de jardim-de-infância, o projeto de intervenção pedagógica teve como referência a abordagem High/Scope para a educação pré-escolar, assim como as Orientações Curriculares para a Educação Pré-Escolar (1997). No contexto de creche teve como referência a abordagem High/Scope à educação de bebés e crianças em contextos de grupo. Durante a intervenção pedagógica, procurou-se observar as motivações das crianças e criar oportunidades que ampliassem os seus interesses, de forma a envolvê-las em aprendizagens ativas. O trabalho desenvolvido, contribuiu para aprofundar e consolidar conhecimentos sobre a importância de proporcionar aprendizagens pela ação, da observação e escuta das crianças durante este processo. Durante o presente relatório, desenvolve-se um enquadramento teórico que pretende tornar mais claro o conceito “aprendizagem ativa”, desenvolver e aprofundar alguns tópicos relacionados com a intervenção pedagógica. Posteriormente, realiza-se um enquadramento do contexto de jardim-de-infância e do contexto de creche, bem como uma descrição e análise reflexiva da intervenção pedagógica desenvolvida em ambos os contextos. Para finalizar, ficam algumas considerações finais sobre os aspetos considerados mais significativos desta experiência.

The present report of traineeship describes and substantiates the pedagogical intervention project in the context of Kindergarten and of crèche, under the curricular unit of Supervised Teaching Practice, taught in the University of Minho, relating to the 2 nd cycle of Master´s degree in Preschool Education. In the context of Kindergarten, the pedagogical intervention project had as reference the High/ Scope approach for preschool education, as well as the Curricular Orientations for Preschool Education (1997). In the context of crèche it had as reference High/Scope approach to babies and children education in group contexts. During the pedagogical intervention, it was sought to observe the children motivations and create opportunities that could enlarge their interests, in the way of involving them into active learning. During the present report, it is developed a theoretical framing that intends to render clearer the concept “active learning” to develop and deepen some topics related to the pedagogical intervention. Subsequently, it´s carried out a framing of the context of Kindergarten and of the context of crèche, as well as a description and reflexive analysis of the pedagogical intervention developed in both contexts. To finish, it presents some general considerations about the aspects considered more significant of this experience.
