A sobrevivência de uma empresa chinesa em Portugal

Abstract

Hoje em dia, cada vez mais chineses começam a fazer negócio em Portugal. Quer seja uma empresa pequena, ou uma empresa grande, vai encontrar diferentes dificuldades num ambiente estrangeiro. A sobrevivência e o desenvolvimento dos empresários chineses é um tema interessante para estudar, aprofundar e discutir em termos de comunicação empresarial. Este relatório foi feito durante o meu estágio na empresa chinesa POAO-Investimentos Imobiliários, Lda. Além de apresentar o meu trabalho dia a dia, destaca-se ainda alguns casos representativos. Através da análise dos casos, conseguimos perceber melhor a situação em que as empresas chinesas estão, e conseguimos encontrar a melhor maneira para resolver os problemas em termos de comunicação entre duas línguas e culturas tão afastadas.

Nowadays, more and more Chinese begin to have their business in Portugal. Either a small company, or a big one, they will always find different difficulties in a foreign environment. In terms of business communication, for these Chinese entrepreneurs, how to survive and develop the company is an interesting subject to study and to discuss about. This report was finished during my internship at the Chinese company, POAO-Investimentos Imobiliarios, Lda. Besides the presentation of my work day by day, I focus on the representative cases. Through analyzing the cases, we can understand better the situation that Chinese companies are having, and maybe we could find a better way to solve the problems in terms of communication between the two far away languages and cultures.

当今，有越来越多的中国人到葡萄牙经商。不论是大 公司，还是小企业，在一个不一样的国外环境，总会遇到不 同的困难。就企业交流层面来讲，中国商人在葡的生存和发 展问题是非常值得拿出来研究和探讨的。 这份报告是我在博鳌集团实习期间完成的。里面除了 记述我日常的工作，还集中讲解了几个案例。通过对这些案 例的分析，我们可以更加清楚地认识到华人企业正在经历的 问题和面临的挑战，我们从中也许可以找到最佳的方法去化 解这些因为语言、文化等差异带来的各种发展障碍。
