Norma e direito, moral e religião: o ser humano tem e é uma história individual e colectiva

Abstract

O presente relatório intitulado Norma e Direito. Moral e Religião correspondente ao relatório de Estágio Pedagógico na área de Ensino da Filosofia no Ensino Secundário, realizado Escola Secundária Alberto Sampaio, Braga, no ano lectivo de 2009/2010 na turma A, 10º Ano. É composto por uma introdução, uma secção em que se apresenta o plano geral de intervenção, seguida de outra em que se descreve e avalia o desenvolvimento do plano. Contém, ainda, uma conclusão, uma bibliografia e um apartado de anexos. Na introdução faz-se uma breve abordagem sobre processo de observação/intervenção no contexto de sala de aula. Posteriormente faz-se uma caracterização da escola e da turma no Contexto de Intervenção. De seguida, descreve-se o desenvolvimento da intervenção, a fundamentação e articulação dos temas a tratar, apresentado os objectivos e estratégias de investigação. A terminar fazse a avaliação da Intervenção. Na conclusão fazemos uma reflexão de conjunto sobre as diversas etapas do projecto e na bibliografia indicamos as fontes que fundamentam a nossa investigação. Contém ainda um apartado de anexos onde se deixa diverso material que foi essencial para a realização do trabalho.

The present report entitled Canons and Law, Moral and Religion, is the Pedagogical Internship report, in the field of Phylosophy Teaching, related to the Secondary Level of Education. This internship was conducted in Alberto Sampaio School, in Braga, in the school years 2009/2010, in the class A, of the 10th grade. This report is structured with an introduction, a section in which it is presented the overall intervention plan, followed by another section, where it is described and evaluated the development of the plan. It also contains a conclusion, a bibliography as well as an annex section. In the introduction it is given a brief appproach to the observation/intervention process in a classroom context. Afterwards, it is made a characterization of the school and of the class, according to the Intervention Context. This item is followed by the development of the intervention, a substantiation and articulation of the subjects which are about to be explained, by presenting the investigation objectives and strategies. To complete this section of this report, it is conducted an evaluation of the Intervention. In the conclusion, we make an overall reflection about the several stages of the project and in the bibliography, we point out the sources that support our investigation. It also bears an annex section, where it is mentioned the diverse material, which was essential to the making of this report.
