Resumo(s)In recent years, there has been a strong adherence to the digitization, integration, and modernization of health services by care providers. This trend has already demonstrated its potential in several aspects of the health services made available to patients through different interaction channels. Although this practice is full of benefits for the different actors involved, it raises many issues related to the interoperability between the channels and the health services available in them, as well as the security and privacy issues of the data that are transmitted during the interactions between patients and health professionals across multiple channels. With this increasing dependence on technology, healthcare organizations need to look for new solutions capable of solving the enumerated problems. This article intends to study these issues and identify possible solutions that the care provider should adopt to overcome any problems that may arise with the integration of multichannel interaction in health services.
