Relatório de estágio: um primeiro passo no mundo do recrutamento e seleção

Abstract

O estágio curricular representa um marco importante para qualquer estudante. O presente relatório visa retratar o percurso realizado, bem como todas as aprendizagens, dificuldades e dilemas encontrados neste primeiro confronto com a prática profissional. Numa fase inicial é realizado um enquadramento institucional, onde é feita uma descrição da organização focada na sua visão, missão e valores. As atividades foram desenvolvidas no Departamento de Pessoas, Marca e Comunicação, mais precisamente na área do Recrutamento e Seleção Profissional. Durante esta experiência existiu a oportunidade contactar, conhecer e aprender acerca de todas fases inerentes a este processo, tendo trabalhado de forma mais próxima com o programa de talento jovem que contempla os Estágios Curriculares, Estágios Profissionais e Estágios de Verão, assim como a vertente estratégica para atração de talento. Ao longo deste relatório são retratadas: as inseguranças sentidas numa fase inicial, relacionadas com a ansiedade de reter a maior informação possível e o medo de não estar preparada; a as aprendizagens obtidas ao longo do caminho, diretamente relacionadas com o processo de recrutamento, triagem e pesquisa ativa de candidatos; as reuniões Kaizen, e a importância da equipa e da partilha; e as vantagens e desvantagens do teletrabalho. O presente relatório culmina com uma reflexão critica sobre a própria experiência ao longo do estágio. Este foi um período intenso, de grandes desafios e aprendizagens, como é possível constatar neste relatório, onde a experiência, prática, o ritmo e o trabalho foram fulcrais descobrir uma nova realidade no mundo do trabalho.

The curricular internship is an important milestone for any student. The purpose of this report is to portray the journey undertaken, as well as all the lessons learnt, difficulties and dilemmas encountered in this first encounter with professional practice. At an early stage, an institutional framework is provided, describing the organisation and focusing on its vision, mission and values. The activities were carried out in the People, Brand and Communication Department, specifically in the area of Recruitment and Professional Selection. During this experience I had the opportunity to contact, get to know and learn about all the phases inherent in this process, having worked more closely with the young talent programme which includes Curricular Internships, Professional Internships and Summer Internships, as well as the strategic aspect of attracting talent. This report describes: the insecurities felt at an early stage, related to the anxiety of retaining as much information as possible and the fear of not being prepared; the lessons learnt along the way, directly related to the recruitment process, screening and actively searching for candidates; Kaizen meetings, and the importance of the team and sharing; and the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking. This report culminates with a critical reflection on my own experience during the internship. This was an intense period of great challenges and learning, as can be seen in this report, where experience, practice, rhythm and work were key to discovering a new reality.
