Construção de imagens, imagens para construção: casos da arquitetura em Portugal

Abstract

O presente artigo é resultado da pesquisa de doutoramento de Lis Pamplona e trata da relação entre imagens de arquitetura e obra projetada, nem sempre construída, na prática de quatro ateliês em Portugal. Os escritórios Fala Atelier, Nuno Melo Sousa, Corpo Atelier e Ponto Atelier foram selecionados como situações de estudo por meio dos quais conseguimos desenvolver o problema da tese: os caminhos que se separam entre o que se destina à construção física de uma obra e o que se destina ao exercício criativo e autoral do arquiteto. Propos-se uma reflexão mais focada na construção de imagens, que ao longo do texto também chamaremos de desenhos -> imagem, ou seja, desenhos que tem como fim sua condição de imagem. Nessa oportunidade iremos propor uma reflexão sobre a apropriação intencional dessa fuga criativa pelos meios que legitimam as obras nas media, assim como esta se insere na ambiguidade inerente às obras de arte, da arquitetura e da cultura em geral, complexificando o debate em torno da autoria.

This article is the result of doctoral research that deals with the relationship between architectural images and project, not always built, inside the practice of four ateliers in Portugal. The offices Fala Atelier, Nuno Melo Sousa, Corpo Atelier and Ponto Atelier were selected as study situations through which we were able to develop the problem of the thesis: the paths that separate between what is intended for the physical construction of a work and what is intended for the architect's creative and authorial exercise. For the article, we will propose an excerpt on the reflection more focused on the construction of images, which throughout the text we will also call drawings -> image, that is, drawings that aim to be images. On this opportunity we will propose a reflection on the intentional appropriation of this creative escape by the means that legitimize works in the media, just as this is part of the ambiguity inherent to works of art, architecture and culture in general, complexifying the debate around authorship.
