El tratamiento del componente cultural hispanoamericano en la enseñanza secundaria portuguesa

Abstract

Con el paso de los años, la enseñanza de español en Portugal está creciendo significativamente. Con el avance de la multiculturalidad, con la emigración y los viajes, los adolescentes miran para las lenguas como una más valía para su futuro. Al centralizarnos en la enseñanza de ELE en la enseñanza secundaria portuguesa, se pretende analizar el tratamiento del componente cultural hispanoamericano en las clases. Para la realización de este estudio, se procedió a la elaboración de un cuestionario, compartido con docentes de ELE en la enseñanza secundaria portuguesa. A través del cuestionario se identificaron dos de los manuales más utilizados y se realizó sus análisis, con el tema central el componente cultural. Las respuestas de los inquiridos, juntamente con el análisis de los manuales y el plan del Ministério da Educação e Ciência para la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera van a permitir una mejor percepción del tratamiento del componente cultural hispanoamericano en las clases de la enseñanza secundaria en Portugal. Por último, los docentes, siendo elementos esenciales en la enseñanza y tiendo bastante relevancia, es importante ver qué importancia dan a la cultura de los países hispanoamericanos. Para analizar la importancia dada a la cultura los países de América latina, es importante conocer algunos de los contenidos vinculados en sus clases y saber si en su formación previa es suficiente para abordar el componente hispanoamericano.

Over the years, the teaching of Spanish in Portugal is growing significantly. With the advance of multiculturalism, with emigration and travel, adolescents look to languages as a more valuable for their future. By centralizing the teaching of ELE in Portuguese secondary education, it is intended to analyze the treatment of the Hispanic American cultural component in the classes. To carry out this study, a questionnaire was prepared, shared with ELE teachers in Portuguese secondary education. Through the questionnaire, two of the most used manuals were identified and their analyses were carried out, with the central theme being the cultural component. The answers of those questioned, together with the analysis of the manuals and the plan of the Ministério da Educação e Ciência for the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language will allow a better perception of the treatment of the Hispanic American cultural component in the classes of secondary education in Portugal. Finally, teachers, being essential elements in teaching and tending to be quite relevant, it is important to see what importance they give to the culture of Latin American countries. To analyze the importance given to culture in Latin American countries, it is important to know some of the contents linked in their classes and to know if in their previous training it is enough to address the Hispanic American component.
