Análise das condições primárias da viabilidade económica e social referente a implementação de painéis solares fotovoltaicos no Bairro de Chigubuta B

Abstract

A produção, conversão e utilização da energia têm um grande impacto sobre o ambiente e muitas vezes os cidadãos não tem noção sobre o impacto ambiental provocado pelas fontes de energia que eles usam, optando muitas vezes por usar fontes de energia que afectam o ambiente de forma bastante negativa. As necessidades energéticas básicas nas zonas rurais em Moçambique são supridas maioritariamente por lenha, carvão vegetal e petróleo pois estas populações têm dificuldades de acesso a electricidade convencional. Este estudo consiste na realização de uma análise das condições primárias dos agregados familiares do Bairro de Chigubuta B para a viabilidade de um projeto que permita o acesso a energia eléctrica via painél solar fotovoltaico. A análise tem por base a caraterização exaustiva do padrão de desenvolvimento sócio-económico do Bairro de Chigubuta B e dos argumentos relacionados com os painéis solares. Foram posteriormente utilizados os metódos da estatística descritiva univariada e bivariada. E posteriormente realizadas análises através dos testes de hipóteses com o intuito de perceber as relações ou correlações entre o rendimento mensal, conhecimento da solar, habilitação literárias, a disponibilidade a pagar mensal e selecção do painél solar. Tendo também sido realizado uma análise, através de uma regressão logística binária, referente a relevância dos indicadores económico e conhecimento solar face a selecção do painél solar.

The production, conversion and use of energy have a major impact on the environment and citizens often have no idea about the environmental impact caused by the energy sources they use, often choosing to use energy sources that affect the environment quite negative. In Mozambique, the basic energy needs in rural areas are mostly supplied by firewood, charcoal and oil, and the rural population have difficulties regarding accessing conventional electricity. This study consists in the realization of an analysis of the primary conditions of the households of the neighborhood of Chigubuta B for the feasibility of a project that allows access to electric energy via photovoltaic solar panel. The analysis is based on an exhaustive characterization of the socioeconomic development pattern of the Chigubuta neighborhood. Methodologies of univariate and bivariate descriptive statistics were implemented. This study also includes an analyse made throught hypothesis tests with the intention to perceive the relations or correlations between the monthly income, the knowledge of the solar energy, the literary habilitation, the monthly payment and the selection of the solar panel. A binary logistic regression analysis was also carried out to detect the relevance of economic indicators and solar knowledge regarding the selection of the solar panel.
