Educação e tecnologia: interação entre o trabalho em equipe e o individual

Abstract

Este trabalho tem o intuito de refletir sobre o projeto de intervenção pedagógica realizado na Escola Secundária de Alberto Sampaio, com os doze alunos do décimo segundo ano, do Curso de Profissional Técnico de Gestão e Programação de Sistemas Informáticos, disciplina de Sistemas Operativos, módulo V. Objetivo: Ao conhecer o grau de dificuldade da matéria ministrada, considerou-se como estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem na sala de aula, a individual e a em grupo. A intenção foi tentar amenizar a dificuldade por parte da turma na assimilação do conteúdo de tecnologia, mais especificamente o desenvolvimento por linhas de código no Linux Método: A metodologia adotada foi próxima da investigação-ação. Assim, em um primeiro instante foi feita a pesquisa bibliográfica, analisando documentos com referência conceitual para aumentar o conhecimento teórico. Em um segundo momento o foco foi na pesquisa de campo, de caráter quantitativo, ao investigar e analisar os questionários online aplicados aos alunos e, de natureza qualitativa, ao aprofudar o conhecimento das características do grupo. Resultados: Após a análise dos dados e a observação direta dos estudantes, percebeu-se a inexperiência dos alunos por não conhecerem sua preferência pela realização de trabalho em grupo ou individual. Na aprendizagem da informática deve-se abordar as duas metodologias. Conclusão: Por fim, este projeto permitiu perceber que assim como os trabalhos em grupo, os individuais também foram essenciais para o desenvolvimento da turma, tanto no aspecto profissional quanto pessoal.

This study aims to reflect on the project of pedagogical intervention carried out at the Alberto Sampaio Secondary School, with twelve students of the twelfth year, of the Professional Course of Management and Programming of Computer Systems, a discipline of Operating Systems, module V. Objective: knowing the difficulty`s degree of the subject taught, it was considered as teaching-learning strategies in the classroom, the individual and the group. The intention was to try to soften the difficulty on the part of the group in the assimilation of the content of technology, more specifically the development by lines of code in Linux. Method: The methodology adopted was close to the action. Therefore, in the first moment the bibliographic research was done, analyzing documents with conceptual reference to increase the theoretical. In a second moment, the focus was on the field of quantitative research, by investigating and analyzing the online questionnaires applied to the students and, qualitatively, by assessing the characteristics of the group. Results: After the analysis of data and the direct observation of the students, the students' inexperience for not knowing their preference for group or individual work was noticed. Conclusion: Finally, this project made it possible to realize that, as well as group work and the individual ones were also essential for the development of the group, both in the professional and personal aspects.
