Edmodo, dinamizar a aprendizagem colaborativa

Abstract

Este relatório enquadra-se na Unidade Curricular Estágio Profissional do 2.º ano do Mestrado de Ensino de Informática e pretende testemunhar o trabalho realizado no contexto da Intervenção Pedagógica Supervisionada, com o tema: Edmodo, dinamizar a aprendizagem colaborativa. Todo o trabalho de intervenção foi realizado na Escola Básica Mosteiro e Cávado (EBMC), numa das turmas do 7.º ano, na disciplina de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. Com este projeto pretendemos verificar se uma plataforma educativa de aprendizagem, neste caso a Edmodo, permite dinamizar ambientes colaborativos, facilitar a interação de alunos entre si e com o seu professor. Este documento relata toda a prática pedagógica supervisionada e todo o processo de investigação que foi realizado, apoiado numa metodologia próxima da investigação-ação. A recolha de dados foi feita através de inquéritos por questionários e os resultados quantitativos foram apresentados através de gráficos gerados pela ferramenta Google Form. A observação de aulas, o registo nos diários de bordo e a avaliação dos trabalhos realizados pelos alunos permitiram fazer a análise qualitativa. Os Resultados sugerem que o uso da plataforma Edmodo e a utilização de ferramentas Web 2.0, estimulam um ambiente de colaboração dos alunos entre si e com o professor o que facilita o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, permite uma melhor aquisição de conteúdos e o desenvolvimento de competências.

This report is part of the Professional Training Course of the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Computer Science and the aim is to witness the work carried out in the context of Supervised Pedagogical Intervention, with the topic: Edmodo, to stimulate collaborative learning. All interventional work was carried out at the «Escola Básica Mosteiro and Cávado» (EBMC), in one of the 7th grade classes, in the subject of Information and Communication Technologies. With this project we want to analyze if an educational platform of learning, in this case Edmodo, allows to dynamize collaborative environments, in order to turn easier, the interaction between students and students with their teacher. This document reports on all supervised pedagogical practice and the entire research process that was carried out supported by a methodology that is close to Action Research. Data collection was done through questionnaire surveys and the quantitative results were presented through graphs generated by the Google Form tool. The observation of lessons, the registration in the logbooks and the evaluation of the work was done by the students who were allowed to make the qualitative analysis. The results suggest that the use of the Edmodo platform and the use of Web 2.0 tools stimulate a collaborative environment between the students and the teacher that makes the teaching-learning process easier and it allows a better acquisition of contents and the development of competences.
