Família, gênero e homoparentalidade na educação infantil: perspectivas normativo-legais e profissionais

Abstract

Os novos formatos de família construídos nessas últimas décadas, demandam para a necessidade de uma reflexão aprofundada sobre as transformações da instituição familiar brasileira e suas relações no âmbito educacional. O objetivo geral desta investigação foi compreender e refletir a diversidade de arranjos familiares existentes, sobretudo, a homoparentalidade e as abordagens pedagógicas utilizadas pelos profissionais da educação infantil. São objetivos desta dissertação: problematizar e compreender as concepções tradicionais de família brasileira que historicamente estão vinculadas ao casamento como instituição e vínculo formal-legal; discutir a emergência crescente das novas formas de convivência, de relação social e de laço afetivo que incluem a união entre pessoas do mesmo sexo com possíveis relações de parentalidade, no que tange a convivência do casal e os filhos que constituem a família homoparental. Tendo em conta o contexto particular da Educação Infantil, a pesquisa teve por finalidade estudar as práticas pedagógicas e institucionais pautados pelos documentos oficiais, tais como: a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases Nacional, a Base Nacional Comum Curricular, as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais da Educação Infantil e os Indicadores de Qualidade da Educação Infantil Paulistana, amparados pelo eixo das relações de gênero, diversidade e o modo como os professores da Educação Infantil abordam o fenômeno da homoparentalidade face ao tradicional conceito hegemônico de família. A pesquisa empírica, foi realizada com 18 professoras da rede pública Municipal de São Paulo, que permitiu concluir a existência de muitas dúvidas e incertezas relacionadas a esses novos arranjos familiares, embora tenha sido possível observar uma nova concepção no sentido de aceitar a homoparentalidade. A pesquisa concluiu que há a necessidade de discussão ampla no sentido de esclarecer e quebrar paradigmas enraizados na nossa sociedade, pois mesmo que a pesquisa tenha apontado para uma aceitação acerca dos novos arranjos familiares, ainda constatou a existência de muito preconceito com relação a esse fenômeno.

The new family formats built in the last decades, demand for the need for an in - depth reflection on the transformations of the Brazilian family institution and its relations in the educational scope. The general objective of this research was to understand and reflect the diversity of existing family arrangements, above all, the homoparentality and the pedagogical approaches used by the children's education professionals. The objectives of this dissertation are: to problematize and understand the traditional conceptions of Brazilian family that historically are linked to marriage as an institution and formal-legal bond; to discuss the increasing emergence of new forms of coexistence, of social relation and affective bond that include the union between same sex with possible relations of parenthood, regarding the coexistence of the couple and the children who constitute the homoparental family. Taking into account the particular context of Early Childhood Education, the research aimed to study the pedagogical and institutional practices guided by official documents, such as: the National Guidelines and Bases Law, the National Curricular Common Base, the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education and the Indicators of Quality of Early Childhood Education, supported by the axis of gender relations, diversity and the way in which the teachers of Early Childhood Education approach the phenomenon of homoparentality in face of the traditional hegemonic concept of family. The empirical research was carried out with 18 teachers from the public network of Municipality of São Paulo, which allowed to conclude the existence of many doubts and uncertainties related to these new family arrangements, although it was possible to observe a new conception in the sense of accepting homoparentality. The research concluded that there is a need for a broad discussion in order to clarify and break down paradigms rooted in our society, because even if the research pointed to an acceptance about the new family arrangements, still found the existence of much prejudice in relation to this phenomenon.
