Sobredotação e bullying: análise textual do e no tempo escolar

Abstract

Junto de sete estudantes universitários, referenciados nas escolas como “sobredotados”, teve-se o objetivo de auscultar histórias familiares e escolares. No presente estudo, realizado em Braga, Portugal, utilizou-se o método biográfico e, mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas, os estudantes narraram trajetórias e episódios de pressão de êxito. Não tendo sido antecipado o relevo de práticas de bullying, foram explicitadas em dois dos sete relatos, situações de jovens intimidados de forma física, verbal e/ou psicológica. Destas entrevistas, com cariz de narrativas autobiográficas, apresentar-se-ão as análises, em que sobressaem Ricardo e Mário, que se “importam” com os maus relacionamentos com pares. São debatidas formas de agressão, que partem de um inicial desequilíbrio de poder, incitando o agressor a abusar do colega de forma discricionária e sistemática.

We had intended to listen seven college students, referenced in schools as “gifted”, about their family and school stories. In this study, held in Braga, Portugal, we used the biographical method and through semi-structured interviews, the students narrated trajectories and episodes of pressure to success. Having not been anticipated relief of bullying practices, in youth, two of the seven reports explain intimidated situations of physical, verbal and/or psychological form. These interviews with nature of autobiographi - cal narratives, will present the analysis of Ricardo and Mario texts. They “are worried” about bad relationships with peers. We discuss forms of aggres - sion, starting from an initial imbalance of power, prompting the attacker to abuse colleague with systematic manners and discretionary acts that cause injury
