Resumo(s): | O presente Relatório surge como testemunho das experiencias vividas ao longo
do estágio profissional inserido no plano de estudos do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação
Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade do Minho. Neste documento são
contemplados o enquadramento pessoal, onde revelo o porquê de optar por esta área de
ensino e quais as minhas expectativas quanto ao estágio, o enquadramento institucional,
onde descrevo o contexto escolar onde estive inserida e o enquadramento pedagógico que
foi dividido em três áreas, a área 1 – organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem,
onde é compreendida a conceção, planeamento, realização e avaliação de todo o processo
de ensino-aprendizagem, a área 2 – participação na escola e relação com a comunidade,
tem como objetivo dar a conhecer a forma como me inseri no contexto escolar e a maisvalia
que eu fui para esse contexto, e a área 3 – investigação e desenvolvimento
profissional, procurei relacionar o nível de atividade física presente nas rotinas de vida
diária com o sucesso escolar em raparigas adolescentes. A investigação teve como
principais objetivos identificar o nível de atividade física e o sucesso escolar em raparigas
adolescentes, e comparar o nível de atividade física entre as alunas com e sem sucesso
escolar. A amostra foi constituída por 47 alunas do 6º ano de escolaridade de uma escola
de Braga, com uma média de idades de 11,28±0,53. Para avaliação do nível de atividade
física foi utilizado o questionário 3’Day Physical Activity Recall (Pate et al, 2003) e o
sucesso escolar foi definido a partir das pautas de avaliação do 3º período do ano transato
à investigação. Para o procedimento estatístico foi utilizado o programa Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, versão 20.0), com um nível de significância de
p≤0,05. As principais conclusões mostram que: (i) existe uma relação positiva entre o
nível de intensidade de atividade física e o sucesso escolar; (ii) as alunas com níveis de
intensidade física vigorosa são as alunas com maior sucesso escolar; (iii) a educação física
revela-se importante para aumentar a prática de atividade física bem como o nível de
intensidade. This report comes as a testimony of the experiences lived throughout inserted in the syllabus of the Master of Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, University of Minho internship. Contemplated herein are the personal framework, which reveal why choose this area of teaching and what my expectations for the stage, the institutional framework, describe where I've inserted the school context and the pedagogical framework was divided into three areas, the first area - organization and management of teaching and learning, which comprised the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of the whole process of teaching and learning, the second - participation in school and community relations, aims to know how I insert myself in the school context and the added value that went to that context, and the third area - research and professional development, I tried to relate this level of physical activity in the routines of daily life with school success in adolescent girls. The research includes the following main objectives, identify the level of physical activity and academic success in adolescent girls, and compare the level of physical activity among students with and without academic success. The sample consisted of 47 students from 6th grade at a school in Braga, with a mean age of 11.28 ± 0.53. The level of physical activity was assessed by questionnaire 3'Day Physical Activity Recall (Pate et al, 2003) and the academic success was defined based on the assessment guidelines of the 3rd stage of the previous year. The statistical procedure used was the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, version 20.0), with a significance level of p = 0.05. The key findings show that: (i) there is a positive relationship between the level of intensity of physical activity and academic success; (ii) the students with levels of vigorous intensity are the students with greater academic success; (iii) the physical education was an important factor to increase the practice of physical activity and the level of intensity. |
