Reabilitação integrada de um edifício visando a melhoria da qualidade do ambiente interior

Abstract

No setor habitacional, a qualidade dos edifícios e o grau de conforto dos ocupantes tem aumentado particularmente nos últimos anos. Porém, este nível mais elevado de conforto manifesta-se geralmente num acréscimo de investimento e num maior consumo de energia, que representa uma parcela significativa nas despesas de um lar. Assim, é urgente integrar princípios de racionalização de energia nos edifícios novos e nos que necessitam de obras de reabilitação, para evitar que os consumos energéticos aumentem drasticamente. O conforto no interior dos edifícios é ditado pelas soluções selecionadas para a sua construção. Para assegurar uma qualidade do ar interior dos edifícios, um bom comportamento térmico e acústico e suficientes condições de iluminação natural é necessário selecionar sistemas construtivos e materiais de construção que otimizem o conforto dos ocupantes e reduzam os consumos energéticos. Com este trabalho pretende-se propor soluções de reabilitação para edifícios selecionados, de maneira a otimizar as condições globais de conforto através dos principais parâmetros que afetam a qualidade do ambiente interior. O estudo foi feito em dois edifícios, um construído antes de 1990 (entrada em vigor do primeiro regulamento térmico português) e outro construído depois de 1990 e antes de 2006 (entrada em vigor do segundo regulamento térmico português). Assim, realizou-se uma análise multicritério de algumas soluções construtivas para selecionar a que melhor se adequa às exigências definidas, conforto e eficiência energética, complementada com uma análise de custos da sua implementação.

In the housing sector, the quality of buildings and the degree of occupant comfort has increased particularly in recent years. However, this higher level of comfort usually manifests itself in increased investment and in a higher energy consumption, which represents a significant portion in the expenses of home. Thus, it is urgent to integrate the principles of energy conservation in new buildings and in need of rehabilitation works to prevent the increase on the energy consumption increase. The comfort inside buildings is dictated by the construction solutions. To ensure indoor air quality of buildings, good thermal and acoustic behavior and sufficient natural lighting is necessary to select construction solutions and materials that optimize occupant comfort and reduce energy consumption and systems usage. With this work was intended to propose rehabilitation solutions for selected buildings, in order to optimize the overall comfort conditions through the main parameters that affect the quality of the indoor environment. The study was done in two buildings, one built before 1990 (entry into force of the first Portuguese thermal regulation) and another built after 1990 and before 2006 (entry into force of the second Portuguese thermal regulation). So there was a multiple criteria analysis of some constructive solutions to select the one that best suits set, comfort and energy efficiency, complemented by an analysis of the costs of its implementation requirements.
