reabilitação do paciente e consequentemente melhorias económicas.
movimentos pretendidos e testada a dinâmica do sistema. No final do trabalho serão
In the current technology landscape, the treatment of hock in its variables, it is still a frequently repeated treatment in physical medicine and rehabilitation services by therapists, limiting them to less availability for other treatments. The area of physical medicine and rehabilitation is becoming an interest for engineering, where there is a constant development of new support equipment, and where more and more efficient results in terms of patient rehabilitation are presented and consequently improved economic-financial. In this dissertation, we propose the development of a device that will allow, through their graduate capabilities, control and monitor the movement of the hock joint. Enables assessment of range of motion in plantar flexion, dorsiflexion, inversion, eversion, adduction and abduction, in addition to the assessment of muscle strength of the gastrocnemius, and tibial peroniais. After evaluation of these parameters the device will allow the health professional to choose the range of motion to perform and the endurance to be applied during movement rehabilitation. The project, called therapheet started in April 2013 with a multidisciplinary team composed of various elements, and these two elements are the founders of the project while the principal with respect to the development of the device, of which the author this dissertation, licensed electromechanical engineering lying now in the final phase of the master’s degree in mechatronics engineering from the University of Minho. The other element pertaining to team a degree in Physical Therapy from CESPU currently being an integral part of a team of therapists Town Hall Vila Verde. Initially the intrinsic characteristics were exposed to conditions for which the device is intended to develop, followed by a description of techniques currently used for the treatment. This thesis were also presented, devices, and auxiliary mechanisms currently used for therapy exercises, and made a survey of your money. The device is shaped three-dimensionally by Autodesk Inventor 2014 software, whereby the desired number of simulations were made and tested movement dynamics of the system. At the end of the work conclusions will be presented to the project developed, as well as relevant aspects and possible improvements. |
