| Resumo(s): | Diazotisation of substituted arylamines followed by reaction with malononitrile gave substituted arylazomalononitriles. Cyclisation of these intermediates with chloroacetonitrile and triethylamine, as base, gave the corresponding new aminodicyanopyrazoles, in 22–80% yields. |
