In order to adapt to different domains, the writing style will be different for the same author. This article presents a process that uses sentiment analysis to identify the average emotional profile of the communication scenario where the conversation is done. Using Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning techniques, it was possible to obtain an index of 96.21% of correct classifications in the identification of where these communications have occurred only analysing the emotional profile of these texts. |
