dc.description.abstract	This article aims to analyze, with the detail that the sources allow us, the typology of the real state (urban and periurban), owned by Braga town council, in late fifteenth and early sixteenth century. To do so, this paper aims to study aspects related with the property structure, namely the type, location, size and value of properties, management options, namely type of contracts and their validity, date and place of payment; and urban policies. I hope with this brief analysis, to contribute to the study of the real estate market in the city of Braga, in the late Middle Ages, a subject seldom approached in Portuguese historiography.	por
