A construção do “eu”, professora: contributos do projeto curricular integrado no desenvolvimento curricular e profissional

Abstract

O presente projeto de investigação pretende apresentar e analisar o percurso traçado pelo estágio em ensino do 1.º Ciclo, de forma narrativa e reflexiva. Dessa forma, analisando os dados recolhidos através das atividades realizadas, anotações diárias, reflexões e/ou fotografias, tento demonstrar quais as dificuldades e quais as conquistas que surgiram ao longo deste caminho. Comprometo-me a demonstrar a forma como a proposta de realização de um Projeto Curricular Integrado, num contexto educativo, influenciou o meu desenvolvimento, construindo o meu “eu” profissional, em que as aprendizagens e experiências vivenciadas, influenciaram ambas as partes (a mim e ao contexto educativo). O relatório é, então, apresentado num tom pessoal, na 1.ª pessoa, narrando os acontecimentos que me fizeram evoluir pessoal e profissionalmente. Como tal, está fundamentado por uma vertente teórica, de forma a responder aos objetivos propostos, ou seja, compreender qual o papel do educador/professor na aprendizagem das crianças e analisar o percurso de desenvolvimento profissional subjacente a essa função. Assim, pretendo analisar o meu desenvolvimento profissional, atendendo ao enquadramento teórico em que analiso o papel da formação (inicial e contínua), procurando traçar os saberes e as competências necessárias para a docência, bem como os contributos que o Projeto Curricular Integrado tem para o desenvolvimento profissional, refletindo sobre a relevância de uma formação profissional centrada nessa metodologia, que faz apelo à investigação, reflexão e colaboração como eixos estruturantes da formação e da aprendizagem. Portanto, focando-me na construção da minha identidade profissional, a partir da recolha dos dados obtidos ao longo do projeto de intervenção pedagógica, através de estratégias baseadas na observação participante (complementada por diários de bordo, fotografias, análise documental,…), e tendo em consideração as características da metodologia de investigação-ação e do método (auto)biográfico narrativo, procuro descrever experiências que considero significativas e que, consequentemente, me permitem refletir sobre a minha postura enquanto futura professora. Assumo, desta forma, o papel de professora-investigadora onde, refletindo sobre as minhas vivências, consciencializo-me das minhas atitudes e decisões, que podem contribuir para o meu “crescimento” profissional. Em suma, com a elaboração do relatório, denoto a importância que a reflexão e análise constante da prática, como docentes, deve ter no percurso profissional, não apenas agora (durante a formação inicial), mas ao longo da carreira, da atividade profissional. Considero que é partir desse “olhar” atento, para o passado, que nos tornamos profissionais reflexivos, investigativos, colaborativos, flexíveis, abertos e autónomos e, só assim, nos tornamos melhores profissionais.

The main goal of this report is to present the course traced during the internship in teaching of the 1st Cycle, in a narrative and reflective way. Thus, it wil be analyze the data collected through the activities carried out, daily notes, reflections and/or photographs, and I will try to demonstrate which difficulties and achievements that have emerged along this path. I commit myself to show how the proposal of a Integrated Curricular Project (PCI) in an educational context influenced my development, building my professional personality, wherein the learnings experienced, affected both parts (myself and the educational context). Then, report will be presented in the first person, describing the events that made me evolve personally and professionally. As such, the report will be justify on a theoretical aspect, in order to respond to the proposed objectives (to understand the role of the educator/teacher in the children's learning and to analyze the professional development course). So, my professional development will be analyzed according to the theoretical framework in which I analyze the role of training (initial and continuous), trying to trace the knowledge and skills needed for teaching, as well the contributions that PCI has for professional development (and the relevance of a professional training centered on this method). Therefore, focusing on the construction of my professional identity, from the collection of the data obtained throughout the intervention project through strategies based on observation (logbooks, photographs, ...) and taking into account the characteristics of the investigation-action methodology and the (self)biographical narrative method, I try to narrate experiences that I consider significant and, consequently, allowed me to reflect on my posture as a future teacher. In this way, I assume the role of teacher-researcher where, reflecting on my experiences, I become aware of my attitudes and decisions, contributing to my professional growth. Briefly, with the elaboration of this report, I realize the importance that the reflection and constant analysis of our practice, as teachers, have in our professional career, not only now (in our formation) but throughout our career. So, it is from this attentive "look" to the past, that we become reflective, flexible, open and autonomous professionals, and only then, we become better professionals.
