O programa institucional de bolsa de iniciação a docência no contexto de formação de professores no IF Goiano

Abstract

A presente discussão focaliza o Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação a Docência (Pibid) no processo formativo de professores do Instituto Federal de Ciências, Educação e Tecnologia, Goiano (IF Goiano). Faz parte de uma investigação que se encontra em andamento, a qual objetiva investigar os contributos do Pibid para a aprendizagem da docência. No presente texto serão analisados os componentes pedagógicos vinculados à aprendizagem da docência, sinalizados nos documentos oficiais do Ministério de Educação sobre o Pibid, e apresentado a sua evolução na esfera nacional e no contexto do IF Goiano. Para tanto, optou-se pela análise da Portaria nº 260/2010 e nº 096/2013 em função dos propósitos da investigação, salientando que na investigação ainda se confrontarão os dados da documentação analisada com as representações que professores e formandos possuem sobre o desenvolvimento do programa. Os resultados até então obtidos sinalizam a expressiva expansão do programa no Brasil que criado em 2007, inicia suas atividades em 2009 com 3088 bolsistas e, em 2014, amplia para mais de 90 mil bolsistas (licenciandos, professores supervisores da educação básica e coordenadores das Instituições de Ensino Superior-IES). Quanto ao IF Goiano, atualmente há 261 bolsistas de iniciação a docência das licenciaturas de Matemática, Pedagogia, Química e Biologia. Os documentos analisados sinalizam a dimensão do Pibid, com demasiado alcance de valorização de professores em formação e melhoria deste processo, o que permite afirmar que o país caminha para a consolidação de uma política nacional de formação. Entretanto, os primeiros ruídos de redução de bolsas já se fizeram sentir em 2015, o que sinaliza que é preciso luta, mobilização coletiva para que o Pibid não se fragilize ou se acabe, ao contrário, se mantenha, se aperfeiçoe e se estenda a todos os licenciandos em formação.

The present discussion focuses the “Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação a Docência” - Institutional Program of grant initiation to teaching - (Pibid) in the formative process of teachers of Instituto Federal de Ciências, Educação e Tecnologia, Goiano (IF Goiano). It is part of an investigation, which is in progress, which purpose is to investigate the contributions of Pibid to the learning of teaching. In this text it will be analyzed the pedagogical components bounded to the learning of teaching, indicated on the officials documents of the Ministério de Educação about the Pibid and it was presented your evaluation in national sphere and in the IF Goiano context. There fore, it was decided for the analysis of the Administrative Rules nº 260/2010 e nº 096/2013 because of the intentions of the investigation, pointing out that in the investigation it still will be confronted the data of the analyzed documentation with the representations that teachers and students in the end of the course have about the program development. The results obtained until now pointed the expressive expansion of the program in Brazil, that was create in 2007 and started its activities in 2009 with 3088 scholarship students e, in 2014, it was enhanced to more than 90 thousands scholarship students (undergraduate students teaching, professors supervisors of the basic education and coordinators of the IES- Institutions of Higher Education). About the IF Goiano, currently there are 261 scholarships students of initiation to teaching on the graduations of the Mathematic, Pedagogy, Chemistry and Biology. The documents analyzed indicate the dimension of the Pibid, with too much reach of the appreciation of teachers in formation and the improvement of this process, what permits to affirm that Brazil walks to the consolidation of a national politics of formation. However, the first noises of the reduction of the scholar ships have already made to be felt in 2015, what points out that fight is needed, as collective mobilization for the Pibid not weakens or is over, contrariwise, keep itself, improve itself e extend itself to all of the students of teaching.
