Resumo(s): | A sociedade ainda encara a toxicodependência como um flagelo social, mas, o presente trabalho, procura demonstrá-la como uma segunda oportunidade para os indivíduos que procuram tratamento, defendendo que estes devem ser educados de forma holística, trabalhando não só a dependência, mas também o lado humano e os diversos campos constituintes das suas vidas, encarando-os como seres sociais capazes e autónomos.
O projeto “(Re)Aprender a Ser e a Conhecer: desenvolvimento de competências com toxicodependentes” é desenvolvido numa Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social, mais especificamente na valência de Comunidade Terapêutica com o Grupo Fénix (em regime de internamento) e, tem como objetivo, promover o desenvolvimento integral dos indivíduos e potenciar um maior sentido de autonomia e participação, valorizando sempre a história e o processo terapêutico de cada um dos utentes.
Com recurso ao paradigma qualitativo e à metodologia de investigação-ação, realizaram-se várias atividades lúdico-educativas promotoras de desenvolvimento pessoal e cultural, nomeadamente a nível das relações interpessoais, do Eu individual e da capacitação dos indivíduos através da aquisição de aprendizagens ligadas à ciência. The society still see drug addiction as a social scourge, but, this paper seeks to show the importance of a second chance for individuals seeking treatment, arguing that they should be educated holistically, working not only at the addiction but also the human side and the various constituent fields of their lives, seeing them as social beings capable and independent. The project "(Re) Learning to Be and to Know: skills development with drug users" was developed in an Social Solidarity Private Institution, specifically in the valence Therapeutic Community with the Fénix Group (inpatient) and aims promote the integral development of individuals and foster a greater sense of autonomy and participation, always valuing the history and the therapeutic process of each of the users. Using the qualitative paradigm and the research-action methodology, there were used various recreational and educational activities that promote personal and cultural development, particularly in terms of interpersonal relationships, the individual and the training of individuals through the acquisition of contents linked to science. |
