Deverá (ou não) a EF contar para a média da entrada no ensino superior?: um estudo exploratório com estudantes do ensino secundário: relatório de estágio

Abstract

A elaboração do relatório de estágio insere-se no âmbito do estágio pedagógico do 2º ano de Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, no Instituto de Educação da Universidade do Minho. Na primeira parte é abordado as expetativas pessoais e o enquadramento da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, onde é descrito o meio onde este se realizou, as condições que escola albergava para a concretização do estágio e a turma onde o professor estagiário entreviu, contextualizando a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, seguindo-se a descrição de todo o planeamento, organização, gestão e avaliação do processo ensino-aprendizagem, bem como a relação com a comunidade, por fim é apresentado o estudo quantitativo que incidiu compreender e comparar o tema se Deverá (ou não) a EF contar para a média de entrada no ensino superior? Um estudo exploratório com estudantes do ensino secundário. A amostra foi constituída por 65 alunos do 10º,11º e 12º ano, com idades compreendidas entre 15 e 18 anos com idade média 16,28 ± 0,93, dos quais 42 alunos (64,6%) são do sexo feminino e 23 alunos (35,4%) do sexo masculino. Para analisar, identificar e compreender se a Educação Física deve ou não contar para a média de entrada no ensino superior foi adaptado o questionário de Tannehill e Zakrajsek (1994), traduzido e validado para português por Brandão (2002). Os resultados do estudo permitem concluir que disciplina de Educação Física é do agrado geral dos alunos e estes consideraram a mesma importante na sua formação a nível do secundário. No que diz respeito a diferença entre anos de escolaridade, nomeadamente entre o 10 e o 12 ºano verificamos que os alunos do 10ºano consideram mais importante do que os alunos do 12º ano tendo a maioria dos alunos inquiridos considerado que a perceção dos pais relativamente á disciplina de Educação Física é muito importante. Dando o poder de escolha aos alunos, entre três disciplinas, para selecionar a que não deveria contar para a média de entrada no ensino superior, verificou-se que a escolhida foi a disciplina de Filosofia. A maioria da amostra considera que a disciplina de educação Física deveria contar para a média de entrada no ensino superior. Relativamente ao género concluiu-se que os rapazes responderam mais positiva e esta questão do que as raparigas.

Giving the power of choice to students in three disciplines, to select the one that should not tell the input average in higher education, it was found that the choice was the discipline of philosophy. Most of the sample believes that the discipline of Physical Education should tell the input average in higher education. On gender it was concluded that the boys responded more positively and this issue than girls.
